Preorders

All items at The Smocked Nest are made-to-order and sold as preorders unless stated otherwise.
Production begins after the preorder window closes.

Estimated Ship Time:
Orders typically ship 6–8 weeks after the preorder closes.

We will post updates on production and shipping timelines via email and social media.

Shipping

  • We currently ship within the U.S.

  • Orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order ships

  • We are not responsible for delays once an item is in transit

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order is placed.

If you receive a defective item or incorrect order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at
