1. General Information

The Smocked Nest is a children’s clothing boutique specializing in made-to-order, seasonal collections. All products listed on our site are for preorder unless otherwise noted.

2. Preorders

All items are made-to-order and will ship approximately 6–8 weeks after the preorder window closes. Estimated ship dates are listed in product descriptions.

3. Payments

We accept all major credit/debit cards via Stripe and PayPal. Payment is required at checkout, even for preorders.

4. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final due to the custom nature of our products. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days at hello@thesmockednest.com.

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail with tracking. We are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages once items have shipped.
